If you can't locate your order confirmation email, follow the following steps
1. Check the Important Section:
First, look for your order confirmation email in the 'Important' section of your @flash.co inbox. This is where all order-related emails are typically categorized.
2. Check the Promotional Section:
If you don't find the email in the 'Important' section, check the 'Promotional' section. Sometimes, order-related emails might be classified there.
3. Mark as Order-Related:
If you find the order confirmation email in the 'Promotional' section, mark it as 'order-related' to help our email system recognize such emails correctly in the future.
4. Reach Out to Support:
If, after following the above steps, you still can't locate your order confirmation email, please write to us at [email protected].
