How can I raise a support request on an order with the merchant?
For orders placed using the Flash ID, you can write to the merchant support directly from the Flash App. Just follow the following steps: Order History -> Select Order -> Support -> Mail Support
Alternatively, You can also compose a mail from the inbox section. Head to the Inbox section and tap on the Compose Email icon.
