Can I perform order-related actions, like returns or cancellations, using Flash?
Order actions cannot be directly initiated within Flash. Nonetheless, you can visit the order page through the order link in your email to start a return or cancellation process.
Alternatively, you can directly contact their support team from the Order Page by clicking on the Support icon in the upper right corner of an order.
